As 2010 drew to a close, CG Traduction & Interprétation set about collecting customer satisfaction data, as it does each year. 2011 has only just begun and the team places great importance on providing
services that best meet clients’ needs.
With a view to ensuring continued improvement, CG Traduction & Interprétation put several questions to its clients to assess their level of satisfaction
with the various services CG offers: communication, meeting deadlines, responsiveness, flexibility, technical and linguistic expertise, to name but
a few.
These various aspects were assessed on a scale from 1 (poor) to 5 (very good). The average obtained for all the services was 4.2/5. For instance, translation
quality (linguistic expertise) was given 4.2/5 by those who replied.
We also asked our clients if they would recommend us – a sure sign of trust, with 86.80% of clients saying that they would either “certainly” recommend
us or recommend us “without hesitation”.
